Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate in Electrics & Electronics
- At least 1-2 years’ experiences
- Basic knowledge in electrical wiring
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel
- Driving license (D & GDL)
Tanggungjawab
- Install new smart/home building technology products at end-user, and test them to ensure they are working correctly (e.g., smart home devices, CCTV, and siren system)
- Diagnose problems/troubleshooting and debugging of faulty parts
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support
- Order parts needed for repairs if needed
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Perform wiring/cabling to install smart home products
- Perform inventory request and able to work independently
- Commit with any job assigned by superior by time-to-time
