Kelayakan
- Formal education: Degree in HR or related disciplines.
- Experience: At least 8 years’ HR experience, preferably those from sales and service or related industries.
- Ability to manage Top Management’s expectations.
- Collaborate well with internal stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance/Admin and Warehousing.
- Able to work independently and proactively to deliver results.
- Good communication skills with strong command of English.
- Teamwork.
Tanggungjawab
- To collaborate with business partners on manpower requirements and people management initiatives.
- To fulfil talent needs for the organization and implement strategies on recruitment and retention, including employee engagement.
- Proactively to implement learning and development initiatives for readiness of critical competencies, according to the changing business climate and organizational needs.
- Manage payroll including its statutory requirements, and the HR management systems.
- Ensure the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance to the business needs and to be aligned to the corporate strategy and statutory requirements.
- To implement effective performance management system and to work closely with departments for performance improvements.
- To manage industrial disputes and employee grievances.
