Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in fire protection, electronic information engineering, electrical engineering and automation, 3-5 years of work experience;
- Have fire-related work experience in data centers or medium and large fire-fighting related enterprises;
- Familiar with Malaysian fire related laws and regulations and fire safety knowledge, familiar with local fire and safety requirements and rules, and flexibly communicate with BOMBA on fire protection issues and fire related issues;
- Familiar with mainstream fire protection brands and understand system logic programming and other operations, familiar with various fire protection systems and their maintenance content, abnormal status of fire protection systems, faults, and operational risk investigation and timely handling;
- Experience in professional fire protection design and construction and passing local fire protection acceptance is preferred;
- More than 3 years of experience in power battery fire protection system management is preferred, and electrician certificates, fire protection qualification certificates and qualifications are preferred;
- Good communication and learning ability, integrity, initiative, clear logic, strong organization and coordination ability and execution ability;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for communication with business partners. Could independently judge the fire protection system and potential risk of fire safety, have good cooperative combat ability, and have the ability to investigate and analyze professional issues
- Have good hobbies in fire-fighting emerging things, fire-fighting safety and new fire-fighting products, and have a sense of honor and responsibility for fire-fighting positions
- Familiar with the inspection and acceptance requirements and cooperation of local fire protection, safety supervision and other units;
- Adapt to short-term business trips and work transfer arrangements.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of fire protection system, promote the arrangement and implementation of fire safety management system, fire management process and fire safety work plan;
- Organize contract signing, maintenance plan formulation, maintenance data archive, fire protection system maintenance problem collection and communication;
- Responsible for the follow-up investigation, rectification and optimization of the abnormal fire protection system;
- Manage various fire protection systems and fire emergency equipment to ensure their normal operation.
- Participate in the review of various professional drawings, identify problems and propose revisions to ensure that the plan passes the fire protection audit.
- Responsible for the review of the fire protection drawings of new and operating buildings, the testing of the fire protection system of new buildings and rectification and acceptance of problems.
- Responsible for implementing fire safety inspections, discovering fire hazards and supervising the rectification work; handling hot work, on-site safety protection measures, inspections before and after hot work, and issuing the "Hot Work Certificate";
- Cooperate with the reconstruction and expansion of the data center and the optimization of fire protection zones, and be responsible for the risk assessment of fire hazards, the formulation and resolution of reconstruction and expansion and rectification plans to ensure the safe and stable operation of the fire protection system;
- Organize and participate in the fire protection system test, understand the plan of the fire protection system, test the integrity of various functions and ensure availability of the fire protection system;
- Maintain and ensure that the CMS system (directly linked to BOMBA) is functioning properly and regularly inspected;
- Responsible for building fire safety, ensuring timely access to fire related reports such as inspection and maintenance, and updating necessary documents and records to meet legal requirements;
- Responsible for supporting fire inspections and audits of the government, customers and comprehensive ESH audits related to fire code regulations;
- Responsible for checking the fire safety implementation of data center and eliminating potential safety hazards, handling the fire safety work during the reconstruction and expansion of the data center, and completing the safety management and control of the construction unit and construction personnel;
- Familiar with the emergency response process and post-event investigation process of fire incidents/accidents;
- Cooperate with superiors and other departments in operation and maintenance on matters that must be coordinated.
