Tanggungjawab
1. Responsible in month end closing within stipulated deadline.
2. Prepare full set of accounts – AR, AP, GL, Inventory, Bank Reconciliation, etc.
3. Prepare accounting-related reports, summaries and reconciliation.
4. Responsible for statutory accounts, audit and tax compliances as well as company secretarial matters.
5. Ensure all transactions are complete and accurately updated into the accounting system on a timely basis.
6. SST Filing.
7. Trouble-shoot accounting problems, participate in process improvements, new systems implementations.
8. Liaise with internal, external auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers and statutory authorities to ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and statutory requirements.
9. Recommend, implement and monitor accounting procedures and internal controls.
10. Maintain digital and physical financial records.
11. Other assignments to be assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
