Kelayakan
- Candidate possesses Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in business studies/marketing management/art & design/mass communication or equivalent.
- Required Languages: Good command of English (Both Spoken & Written), Mandarin or Bahasa is an added advantage.
- Possess at least 1 year sales & marketing work experience in art gallery/event management industry. However, open to other field with great sales achievement.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing is a must.
- Good presentation skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, customer-oriented.
- Self-starter who can work independently, but also as a part of a team.
- Innovative, diversity mindset, dynamic person and ability to adapt to constant changes.
- Possess own transport and have no issue to based at Desa ParkCity office.
- Ability to start work within short notice period.
- Have no issue to work alternate Saturday when there are events and exhibitions. (replacement leave will be given)

Tanggungjawab
- Demonstrate high level of sales expertise and relationship management with the existing and potential clients (through product knowledge, selling skills, product presentation skills & managing customers)
- Demonstrate ability to resolve problems in timely manner, escalate issues early.
- To involve in art gallery events/exhibitions to achieve sales performance and increase company revenue.
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning and marketing strategies to drive awareness and conversion.
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
- Sourcing both local and oversea potential clients to participate in the gallery events.
- Work closely with other department providing an understanding of how company functions as a whole.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
