Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
- Preferably candidate with 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Autocount software is an advantage
- Good knowledge in Ms Office (Words & Excel)
- Must be able to work independently and commence immediately/short notice
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport

Tanggungjawab
ACCOUNT
- Receive, verify and key in invoices
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system (Autocount)
- Arrange month end payment for account due
- Maintain financial files and records
- Prepare Plant, Property & Equipment (PPE) report
- Prepare income statement & balance sheet
- Bank in cheque
- Update payroll status & prepare payslip
ADMIN
- General Reception duties including:
- screen calls
- respond to general telephone, email and fax enquiries
- Filing
- Prepare Packing List (PL) & Delivery Order (D/O)
- Prepare documentation (eg. packing list, delivery order & etc) to sales manager
- Liaise with warehouse supervisor to ensure outgoing stock is ready
- Arrange pick up for outgoing stock
- Prepare documents to proceed Certificate of Origin (CO)
- Perform other related duties as required by the sales manager
