Tanggungjawab
Handle full set of accounts, statutory accounts and oversee all related accounting functions.
Knowledge on SQL and MYOB Software will be an added advantage.
Maintain Account Receivable and Accounts Payable including payments, invoicing , CN, receipts, reconciliation to creditors statements and etc.
Liaise with QS regarding transaction history in out of tender.
To match invoices with supporting documents and to prepare payment vouchers and cheques promptly.
To assist in the preparation of documentation, and reports and maintain a proper filing system to ensure effective access to documentation.
Chase payment and record all the payment account transactions.
Review staff claims and payment.
Check EFT and JV account and liase with license owner.
Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretaries, tax agent, suppliers, creditors, relevant authorities etc.
To undertake any other tasks and jobs that the management/ superior may be assigned from time to time.
