Kelayakan
Mandarin Teachers will be responsible for teaching Mandarin classes to students ages 4 to 6 years. They are also responsible for the caring and early education of children in their care. Duties and responsibilities of Preschool Teachers (ages 4 to 6) include developing and delivering interactive learning programs designed to engage and educate young children.
Ideally, teachers to have
- At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must be able to teach Mandarin Language
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Training and guidance will be provided
Tanggungjawab
Teaching
- Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
- Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
- Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track
- Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord
- Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
Other Duties
- Support other teachers in their classroom activities, as needed
- Involvement in all activities organized by the organization
- Any other duties as assigned
