Kelayakan
- Able to speak and type in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak and type in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Job Type: Full Time Only
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or relevant field.
- Able to operate basic computers. (Eg. Microsoft Office, Print Documents, Reply message, Reply email etc.)
- Good communication skills to handle all levels of people
- Must be polite have good tempered and manners, willing to listen customer.
- Must poses problem solving skills to resolve customer problems
Tanggungjawab
- Efficiently reply customer chat inquiries through all platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram, whatsapp etc.)
- Schedule and handle walk in customers
- Handle customer complains and returns professionally
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Follow up and feedback customer reviews and ratings
- Updating tasks and follow up customer cases in a daily basis
- Call and accept calls from customers
