Job Description
• Accounting duties and maintaining records of all types of financial transactions
• Assist in system daily entries in SAGE systems
• Assist in monthly management accounts closing and reporting
• To ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records
• To work closely with superior to complete tasks and carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
• Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as required
Requirements
• Candidate with at least STPM or Diploma in Accounting is required
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience at manufacturing is required
• Meticulous, multitask, and capable to work under pressure
• Good communication, management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and ensure timely task completion with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of accounting software SAGE applications (added advantage), Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in computer applications
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
