• Install software and hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs, and other tools commonly used by the Company
• Strives to resolve malware and virus issues within personal workstations and the Company's network
• Repair and maintain servers, personal computers, and other technology equipment
• Contribute to the overall operations of the Company by writing and distributing memos about best practices for computer use
• Configure computer networks
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks
• Carry out minor repairs and replacing parts as required
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software issues
• Maintaining documentation
