Job Description Summary :
· Assess students current level of academic, skills, performance and their special needs.
· Develop Individualized Education Program for students.
· Implement IEP through special education teaching strategies and techniques to enable students meets their goals.
· Plan and conduct activities in a small group/ individual setting.
·Promoting social, communication and play skills of students through group activities.
·Maintain accurate and complete record and prepare IEP report, students activities and progress.
·Communicate and present progress report to parents.
Job requirement:
· Bachelor's or Equivalent in Special Needs Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Teaching, Training, or have experienced in Special Education centre.
* · Good verbal and written communication skills in both English
(strong) and Bahasa Malaysia.
* · Able to teach Mandarin subjects will be an advantage.
* · Knowledge in child development and preschool educational methods
* · Patience and compassion are suitable for working with young
children.
