Kelayakan
- Well-Conversed in English (Read, Speak, Type ) is a must.
- Required experience: SPM holder
- Have no issue to be based at Nusajaya, Johor office.
- Have no issue to work on Permanent night shift (10pm - 7am)!
- Have no issue to work 6 rotational days per week (Including Weekend & Public Holidays)!
- Have no issue to start working on 1 February 2023.
Tanggungjawab
- Provides continous helpdesk support via telephone, chat and email related to the product.
- Employ high level of interpersonal and communication skills while solving customer’s issues.
- Conduct basic probing to determine the next action to customer’s enquiries.
- Processes and manages order or cases via support system and portals.
Manfaat
- Salary: Basic RM2,500 (Subject to Experience & Interview Performance) + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance + Up to RM300 Shift Allowance
- Other Benefits: Annual Leave + Medical Leave + EPF + SOCSO
- 1 month Paid Training will be provided (with basic salary paid)
- MNC Working Environment.
- 24H FREE shuttle service is provided.
