Requirements :
 Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
 Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
 Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa
 Able to work immediately
 Knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation
 Possess own transportation
 Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Responsibilities :
 Perform full spectrum of HR functions
 Conduct recruitment & selection session when needed by preparing job analysis, job descriptions, job advertisement, and managing the hiring & selection process
 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
 Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
 Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and

 Handle and advise management on staff relations and staff counseling on disciplinary issues and others employee matters in compliance with labour law.
 Handle and prepare all necessary letter related to employment requirement.
 Monitoring employee performance
 Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system.
 Carrying out clerical duties such as manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, memo, packages etc.)
 Handle company license application & renewal matters
 Perform any ad hoc task as required
