Kelayakan
- Candidate that have 1-3 years experience worked in F&B/ retail field as a supervisory role are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage
- Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
- Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Communications and leadership skills
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service minded
- Resourceful and ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Word and Excel)
- Experienced in POS System, Stock and Inventory and Staff Management are an added advantage
- Able to prepares standard Malaysian Beverage are added advantage
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
Tanggungjawab
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard
- Manage and ensure smooth daily operation of the cafe
- Handles daily cash sales management
- Manage daily stock inventory, ensuring all stocks are enough for daily operation
- Preserve excellent levels of customer service
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
- Ensure implementation of targets, KPI’s, schedule, policies, and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Daily monitoring of cleaning standards ensuring team proactively responds to all tasks as required
- Management of the cleaning equipment, consumables, and materials
- Management of staff Rota, always ensuring efficient use of team
- Work closely and support the other team supervisors as required
