Kelayakan
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Study or equivalent
- Have minimum 5 years of managing chain of Restaurants workings experience
- Trilingual (Malaysia, Mandarin and English)
- Meticulous
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
- Flexible & Adaptable
- Good time management
- Self-discipline
- Result orientated
Tanggungjawab
To manage more than 1 outlet and is responsible to the following
- Accountable to Restaurant controllable and none controllable cost at all time.
- Ensure there is training and proper People development at store
- In charge of Manpower budgeting, planning and hiring outlet staff
- Responsible to Local Marketing to improve sales
- Is able to compliance to Company Service quality standard at all time
- Handle customer compliant
- To lead a team to achieve company expected profit
- To take ad-hoc instruction from company as and when required
