- Responsible for performing clerical duties at the support group level which includes clerical aspects.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational affairs of the Director’s
- Make appointments, meeting minutes, itineraries and general correspondence
- Willing to take on more work responsibilities when necessary
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
- Assist the Director’s for day -to -day office activities or operations
- Dealing with email inquiries
- General office management such as ordering stationery and supplies
Maintain systematic document filling
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Proficient in video editing and be able to handle company social media account.
- Provide quotations, reports, invoices, claims and assist in administrative tasks
Comply with and implement the instructions of superior officers from time to time
Update and maintain website and social media accounts with latest information.
- Proficient in creating, optimizing and reporting for digital campaigns in Google and Facebook.
- Highly proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia language
- Willing to travel
- Have a license and personal car.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
