Job Description
1,Keep abreast with all updates / changes to the Employment Act, Trade Union Act, Industrial Relations Act, SOCSO Act, EPF Act, Income Tax Act, OSH Act, Minimum Wage Orders & etc to ensure compliance.
2. To handle disciplinary issue, performance management, grievance and absence management.
3. To manage disciplinary and grievance procedures as well as conduct domestic inquiries.
4. To manage, execute and monitor company legal compliance and requirement within Industrial Relations and labour scope.
5. Provide information and assistance in response to a wide variety of inquiries related to all aspects of IR from departmental staffs.
6. To prepare and maintain records for all aspects of IR in accordance with company's guidelines.
7. To represent the company on labour disputes if referred to Labour Department or Industrial Relations department.
