Director Manufacturing

Responsibilities: 1. Direct, coordinate and lead all production operations related activities within the teams; 2. Responsible for managing capacity planning & utilization, quality and cost controls for production and sales; 3. Define company objectives, identifying improvement opportunities and leading change efforts; 4. Effectively directing the teams and delivering on short and long term Operational goals and KPI ; 5. Ensure department operations is in accordance of the department SOPs; 6. Develop departments annual operating plans and KPI’s for management reporting 7. Responsible for grooming , growing and leading teams and talents • 8. Establishes overall budgets, operating plans, and reporting templates for strategic programs; Requirements: More than 10 years of working experiences within production/ manufacturing and sales related field ; will to take pressures.
