Scope: Safety, Health & Fire Section
• Observing work areas for unsafe conditions and taking appropriate action to correct the issue
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure the completeness and maintenance of all records, documents or reports related to assigned safety and health including PPEs programs.
• Educating employees about safety rules and regulations, equipment usage, and accident prevention.
• Training new workers in safety procedures and performing routine inspections to ensure compliance.
• Assist with monthly inspection including pump house, sprinkler & hose reel pressure.
• Assist with fire extinguisher servicing, quarterly servicing and ad-hoc servicing.
Scope: Environment (Schedule Waste)
• Assist and coordinate scheduled waste segregation activities, labelling & proper storage of scheduled waste.
• Assist in monitoring contract and maintenance workers on the premises emphasizing the aspects of environment compliance (Schedule Waste) in the workplace.
Qualification for Admin Assistant
• Any course Diploma
• Can work independently in an office environment handling multiple priorities.
• Valid Driving License
• Carry out tasks and instructions given by Safety, Health Officer & HSE Advisor.
