Responsibilities:-
• Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing.
• Maintains relationships with clients / agents by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Handling clients / agents questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Actively sourcing and contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email or in person.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Preparing and sending quotations / proposals.
• To raise recommendations / proposals to management for below tasks:-
Seek approval to accept order from new clients/agents
Seek approval to accept change in payment terms if it less favourable.
Seek approval to accept direct clients order with payment issue as and when required.
• To work closely with operations team daily to ensure all inquiries & shipment arrangement done accurately.
• Liaise with Sales Admin staff on product’s new spec requirement or existing spec revised by client/agent.
• Work closely with Sales Admin staff and Store Department to ensure the availability of finished goods inventory as well as the client’s shipment deliver on time.
• Monitoring and follow up with payment/collection in a timely manner according to SOP.
• Compiling, recording and filing of all Sales & Marketing related documents.
• Building and maintaining a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
• As company’s Management representative
• To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior/management from time to time.
Requirements:-
• Academy
Possess minimum diploma, advanced/higher, bachelor’s degree or professional degree in relevant field.
• Experience
Possess 1-2 years working experience in related field.
Fresh graduated are welcome.
• Skill
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Computer literate
Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
Work effectively and efficiently in highly collaborative team environment.
Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
Personality: Passionate about sales, ability to create and deliver presentations, self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results people oriented, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with colleagues. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Good communication skill, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Willing to participate in company activities/events.
