- A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in administrative related field is required for this position
- Able to work under pressure and small company face paced environment
- Able to work overtime, occasionally night shift and weekends
- Required Skill(s): Good communication, Fast pace working, Mircrosoft Office, Microsoft Excel

What other responsibilities you will have:
- Responsible to handle administrative and paper work related to Sales, Accounts, Purchases, Inventory and other business activities
- Responsible to perform physical intensive work such as stock count, stock lifting, stock picking and packing.
- Update filing and other informations require timely.
- Contact vendors, suppliers, and customers when required to complete tasks to support departments processes.
