Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree graduate in Digital Marketing & Advertising.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, independent, able to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is added advantage).
- Skilled in Photography, Canva, AI, Photoshop, Capcut and other relevant software.
- Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and advertise company products on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google, Youtube, Shopee and etc.
- Monitor and annalise market trends, update weekly reports on digital marketing and sales performance on social media.
- Create and update creative content on social media for product advertising and marketing purposes. (Example: photo/ video/ live streaming/ graphic/ copywriting etc.)
- Manage and follow up on the customer’s enquiries on social media, patiently answer customer questions, building and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Take up any other tasks assigned from time to time.
