Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities :

-Manage, Coordinate, check and order goods from China.
-To assist in planning & handling local & oversea purchase ordering correspondence.
-Review purchase requisition to ensure the information provided is adequate.
-Produce weekly reports for all Purchasing related matters
-Ensure all invoice/ delivery notes are recorded and monitored.
-Calculate in profit and commission
-General office administration works, eg. Filling, Documents organizing, Report preparation
-To perform ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time

Requirements :

-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-A minimum of 1 year of work experience in Logistic Line
-Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin as you will be liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional
-Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
-Fresh graduates are welcomed
