• Design and deliver employees training and development program, applying HRD grant and submit claim.
• Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws, and update/ localise policies and/or procedures as required.
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisation change, and all other employee-relations matters.
• Assist in communications, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook and organisation chart, and contributes to the development of policies and procedures.
• Handling complaints & disputes, managing grievances procedures and facilitating counselling.
• Handle recruitment for expatriate / foreign employees and welfare.
• Handle full process of Work Pass Administration, such as applications, renewals, terminations of permits and passes for expatriate / foreign employees.
• Assist payroll processing and ensure compliance with timeline setup for payroll date line
• To ensure prompt and accurate maintenance of employee records at all time
• Administers all recruitment processes for a recruiting demand ************* the company
• Participate and drive HR initiative and projects.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related studies.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
• Knowledge of HRIS and other HR systems.
• Knowledge of current employment law, regulations and legislations.
• Knowledge of foreign workers & expatriates management.
• Knowledge in full spectrum of Human Resources is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid car driving license.
• Possess good communications skill.
• Systematic, organize, positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
