Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Admin/ HR/ Management or equivalent
2. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
3. Able to work under minimum supervision
4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
5. Good attitude and communication skills
6. Good organisational skills and meticulous
Responsibility:
1. Perform full spectrum of HR & Admin
2. Provide general administrative & clerical support to the management in order to ensure a positive working environment
3. Drive and lead the Management team in recruitment, assessment and selection of talent in the recruitment and staffing process
4. Update, maintain and prepare documentation of new hires, staff performance, HR policy, payroll, staff records and many more
5. Assist in preparing report and ensure proper filling and documentation in Admin & HR
6. Provide advisory and consultative services to line managers on employee issues and employment practices
7. Be flexible, cooperative and able to give commitment with other task if requires
