Position: Machinery & Fleet Manager
Company: Asia Communication & Electronic Sdn Bhd
Industry: Railway Industry
Type: Contract staff (Yearly renewal)
Location: Segamat, Johor.
Working days: Mondays to Saturdays
Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 (Negotiable - commensurate according to experience & current/previous earns)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
- Computer literate
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently, efficiency and strong sense of urgency
- Willing to travel and relocate as the Project Needs (current: Labis, Johor)
- Has strong contacts and good networking within the Rail Industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and consistently work with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledgeable of current market conditions of Railway Industry
- Able to manage and coordinate relating to asset/machineries matters.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people at different level both internal and external.
- Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks
Job Description:
- Maintenance of fleet; ie- working knowledge of specialised fleet equipment requirements
- Monitor and report on Asset & Machineries
- Leasing business experience; actively analyse, establish and maintain positive vendor relation
- Research market trends and developments
- Ensure all assets and machineries compliance with company policies and legal legislation
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by the management
