• Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Monitor staff attendance activities by keeping track of the attendance/ensure all leave taken is recorded.

• To ensure company asset are acquired, safeguard, control, disposed of and accounted for in accordance audit requirements and generally acceptance accounting principles.
• Responsible for daily general admin operations or facilities maintenance.
• Assigned to purchase office supplies and equipment’s.
• Conduct disciplinary actions.
• Monitoring staff KPI and performance appraisal.
• Provide Data to Tax agent for Submission E Form.
