Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies, Administration / Management / Marketing / Finance/ Accounting or any equivalent.
- Have minimum two (2) years of working experience in related industry.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words and Power Point.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and resourceful to resolve any ad-hoc requirement/issue.
- Experience in Telco industry would be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission document in relation to tender / bidding activities, tender questionnaire.
- Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tender / bidding activities and contract review.
- Collate tender information and references from various sources such as online, pass record which are needed for submission.
- Monitor and ensure tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- Preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring estimates including Bills of Quantities.
