Tanggungjawab
1) Handle incoming calls and attending customer enquiries via phone, email or WhatsApp in a prompt and professional way.
2) Liaise with different parties to resolve customer’s issue by providing excellent and
professional customer services to ensure customer satisfactory.
3) Issue Job Order, Quotation and follow up customer’s payment.
4) Maintain good filing system of customer inquiries for future reference.
5) Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
6) Track and follow up all customer requests in timely manner.
7) Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly service delivery and collection report.
8) Perform any other tasks as and when is required by the superior from time to time.
9) Able to speak in Malay, English and Mandarin
