Kelayakan
- Professional trade certificate (ACMV, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing or Building services related) with min.2 to 5 years relevant experience in Data center industry or Hi-tech facilities/factory/plant.
- Diploma or Higher in Electrical, Mechanical or ELV subject.
- At least 2 years related working experience, candidate with more experiences will be considered for a senior position.
- Familiar with the local relevant safety operation regulations.
- Able to perform switching operations and troubleshooting.
- Basic expertise in high/low voltage power supply and distribution systems, UPS, diesel generators, HVAC and video surveillance.
- Local qualification certificate is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin for communication with business partners.
- Being conscientious and responsible.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Tanggungjawab
- Patrol and inspect power supply system and HVAC system in data center.
- Perform preventative maintenance on data center according to schedule and ensure effective working of electromechanical building systems.
- Respond and deal with emergency events in daily operation.
- Administer the BMS system and respond to alerts.
- Fill in the operation records, maintenance records, accident handling records and shift handover records.
- Handle routine alarms and faults of power supply and distribution devices and HVAC systems.
- Maintain the environment cleanliness and temperature and humidity.
- Manage the safety appliances and instrumentation tools.
- Assist the shift leader to execute the customer's power supply request.
- Properly compile and maintain data center equipment files and records.
- Ensure all the compliance of all regulatory laws and company guidelines are met.
