Tanggungjawab
- Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical on-site support to ensure customers' satisfactions.
- Ensure the proper services, maintenance and repair of all copiers in the designated areas and such services to be carried out prompthly, efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in Service Report with all relevant infromation as requested.
- Require to install and setup Multifunction copiers printers.
- Experience in Rectified Minor/Major (Error Code)
- Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage
- Training will be provided.
- Perform other related duties as and when directed by Superior.
