> Build beneficial relationships with existing and new customer portfolio
> Increase sales with current customer
> Manage account receivable of customer
> Attend to customer request, grievances & follow up with appropriate solution within a time frame
> Prepare sales quotations for customers, tender documents or contracts
> Assist the Marketing team with various activities, eg. Trade Shows, Mass Mailings
> Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
> Keep up to date with product information
> Good social and communication skills
