- 6 days work week
- Have a good professional image , know basic reception etiquette
- Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Good teamwork ability, high sense of responsibility, proactive in work
- Sociable, lively and cheerful, articulate
- Strong language skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Good at welcoming and sending, contacting and guiding, and sensitive in action
- Good at handling emergencies
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation at the Front Desk and ensuring warm welcomes and farewells are given to all guests.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
- Responsible of scheduling and overseeing day-to-day appointment
- Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
- Suggest suitable member package to customer (no hard sales)
- Keeping an accurate record of payments received on the customer management software and ensuring daily collection of funds are tallied
- Responsible of ordering groceries or salon use item
- Provide weekly and monthly sales report to the Management, ensuring accuracy and quality of data input
- Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management
