Kelayakan
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Junior position and Senior position is available.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Knowledge & experience in pastry is added advantage
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Excellent time management abilities
- Leadership skills
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for food preparation (breakfast ,brunch ,lunch and pastries)
- Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Washing utensils and dishes, ensuring they are stored properly
- Track, record and replenish inventory as needed
- Maintain well all kitchen equipment by monitoring the cleaning schedules
- Responsible in arranging and executing spring cleaning
- Month end stock count and work shift time table
- Assist in new items / seasonal items development
