Kelayakan
- Consistently execute to the selling model
- Meet selling goals / expectations during scheduled shifts
- Build highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement and conversion
- Participating in roadshows
- Go store to store to assist and show potential
Tanggungjawab
- Demonstrated sales result
- Ability to effectively communicate, foster a customer focused selling culture
- Able to provide effective, in the moment coaching to partner’s crew or other associates
- Available for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts
- Energetic and a can do attitude
- Excited in selling
- Meet and where possible exceed target set for them
- Work with management team to cascade information across partners crew
- Candidates have ability of team player and also have good communication skills
- Able to travel to assign stores
Manfaat
- Basic Salary + Phone Allowance + Travel Allowance + Incentives
- Could get RM3000 per month, depending on performance
