Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in electrical/electronics field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required to apply basic and some advanced skills in procedure/ techniques/ tools/materials and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
- Self-discipline, good problem-solving skill, good communication skill
Tanggungjawab
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair any home appliance products (Cooker hood,oven,gas cooker etc)
- To ensure all the defective units been repaired within agreed repair time.
- Collect sets from dealers’ premises/send repaired sets for dealers
- Update customers/dealers inquiries regarding repaired sets through email and/or phone through system.
- Answer customers/dealers inquiries’ regarding products specs/operating through phone
- Billing customers and collecting payments
- Support any special repair task as when required
