Kelayakan
- At least Higher Diploma in Quantity Survey
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field, fresh graduates also welcome to apply
- Meticulous and having a keen eye for details and accuracy
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Organized and able to prioritise and manage time well

Tanggungjawab
- Attend briefing meetings with prospective client to understand work scope for tendering.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Design for design specification and Production/ Site Supervisors for project materials to understand and interpret the project scope for accurate cost estimation.
- Propose cost estimation of the labour time (fabrication & installation) and materials for the work scope.
- Submit and present the quotation in tender interviews and follow up with prospective clients.
- Actively compile and update references (materials and suppliers databases) for QS team.
- Maintain good clients relationship by providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and represent company with professionalism.
- Verify variation orders, progress claims by sub-contractors and ensure final account settlement based on agreed quotations are carried out.
- Actively participate and contribute in business processes improvement, special projects or development initiatives of the department and the company.
