Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan
  • Able to commence work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
  • Must be able to work independently & has a own transportation

 

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform a variety of accounting tasks – checking, reconciling, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Checking and compiling creditors invoices for payment
  • Posting invoices into computerized system
  • Perform such other duties which may be assigned by the Management as / when required
  • Handling government agencies related work and follow up with them
  • To exposed to operational and fundamental financial activities such as implementation of effective internal controls
  • Preparation of financial statements, such as P&L statements, balance sheets, balance sheet schedules and reconciliation
  • Preparation and updating of General Ledger, such as monthly standard journals, additional / adjustment journals, posting of daily transactions and debit / credit notes through inter-company accounts
  • Must be able to work independently & has a own transportation
