Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities :
· Recruit, hire, and train sales team.
· Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
· Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and
implement them.
· Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
· Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
· Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
· Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective
actions as needed.
· Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plan activities to achieve assigned
revenue target.
· Maintaining business relationship with customers and developing new business opportunities in
order to achieve sales target by the Management.
· Establish new static points of sales to expand sales network.

Requirements :
· Candidate must possess at least in diploma or higher education level.
· Preferably candidate with five year experience in sales engineering field or industries.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills with an out-going personality.
· Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
· Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
· Energetic and passionate about building a successful sales career.
· Matured, good working attitude, self-motivated driven, willing to learn.
· Able to work with minimum supervision, result oriented, willing to travel through out of Malaysia.
· Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
· Excellent leadership skills.
· Experience setting sales goals.
· Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
· Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
· Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.
· Planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced time management skills.
· Possess own transport.
· Working place at KL,JOHOR & KUANTAN.
