Kelayakan
- SPM leavers / Fresh Graduate with and without work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Able to read and write English and Mandarin
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Tanggungjawab
- Deal with agents / supplier on cruise arrangements and bookings
- Manage and create bookings on cruise systems for IT and GIT
- Manage bookings in the case of date changing, cancellation and refund.
- Assist to prepare costing and follow up on quotation given
- Responsible for incoming inquiries (from telephone, email, social media, and mobile phone)
- Maintain proper filing record and keeping complete documents for future reference
- Ad-hoc task from management as and when needed.
