Tanggungjawab

Responsible in handling manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and industrial matters.

Prepare on-boarding of new staff and conduct basic orientation program.

Checking payroll provided by Human Resource officer.

Lead head of department.

Responsible in manpower planning and forecasting.

Handling on employee relation matter.

Develop and conduct ongoing training programs (indoor or outdoor) in line with the business needs to enhance employees performance and development.

Work closely with the department and assisting to implement policies and procedures.

Responsible in handling Staffs KPI matter; such as checking, evaluate and tracking staff KPI Submission.

To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management
