Tanggungjawab
- Ensure annual sales targets are achieved.
- Supervise and monitor the sales team.
- Maintain relationships with VIP customers.
- Act as a cashier and facilitate all customer affairs.
- Ensure that the SOP of the Sales division is carried out properly.
- Ensure that all payments/credits from customers are managed properly and in accordance with the set payment deadlines.
- Ensuring Outlets (shops) are well managed: cleanliness and layout of goods in perfect condition.
- Ensure that all promotions and planning from Marketing are implemented smoothly.
- Make sure the cash is always accurate during the closing shift.
- Be sensitive to the demand for goods for sale.
- Analyze company sales and be prepared to find solutions to every sales problem.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Management team.
- Involved in the management of the company's SOP especially the Sales division.
