Kelayakan
Bachelor's Degree-No Limit
- Candidate must be a Qualified Accountant who possesses a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent with at least 3 years’ of working experience in property and project management related.
- Travelling within Malaysia is expected.
- Possess a good knowledge in MFRS and well versed in Excel.
- Responsible, organized and able to work independently and a good team player.
- Must have construction experience.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the reviewing the submission of financial and management accounts.
- Oversee the finance function of all Malaysia operations.
- Well versed with the local accounting, taxation and GST requirements and ensure compliance.
- Liaison with Bankers, Auditors, Tax agents and Statutory Authorities and relevant documents preparation.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and submit reports to Singapore HQ for consolidated account.
- Prepare a full set of financial statements for audit, tax computation, intercompany reconciliation and management reporting.
- Key person who liaise with the Singapore Head Office Group Reporting team on all financial matters, in particular HQ half year and full year SGX announcement.
