Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Multilingual is required (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin)
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel with formula knowledge) will be added advantage.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, multitask and possess initiative.
- Able to work independently and meet pre-set deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
- To maintain accounting data / entries (Accounts Payables / Receivables, Journal entries, Bank Reconciliation, POS transaction reconciliation and etc.)
- To ensure full set of accounts is properly maintained.
- To ensure year-end audit process.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.
- To maintain all financial transactions in the Accounting software.
- To assist in preparing payment voucher for related on-line banking transactions.
- To ensure proper maintenance and filing to support all accounting entries.
- To maintain management reports and ensure reports are accurately prepared on timely basis.
- To provide reliable and timely financial information for management’s decision.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks or initiatives as directed by superior or management.
