Tanggungjawab
Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
Work within expense limits established and approved.
Maintain inventory control for cost-effective operation (if applicable)
Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program.
Coordinate special projects as directed by Operation Manager.
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by external contractors.
Responsible for 24-hours emergency maintenance service as per contract.
Carry mobile phone as required for on-call maintenance.
Monitor and maintain all equipment as assigned.
Complete groundwork as directed by Operation Manager which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster area, maintaining surrounding areas, landscaping, and other areas.
Responsible for alerting the Operation Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
Complete expenses and parts purchase and mileage reimbursement form and submit to administration as determined.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all customers, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.
Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner.
Follow established company policies.
This job requires exerting/lifting heavy objects and climbing occasionally.
This job requires traveling outstation for days/weeks/months occasionally.
Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
Other technician roles and functions, as and when needed.
Requirement:
Possess Professional Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or related experience as approved
Minimum of three (3) years experience in heater bundle and/or control panel
maintenance for oil and gas industry within 2010 2020. The incumbent must possess
(preferable possess wireman certificate)
Experience in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage
Open to local Sabah/Sarawak people
