Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/ Business studies or equivalent qualification.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
  • Good time management, able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • High sensitivity to current social media relations and communications.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed!

Tanggungjawab

Job Description:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and technical usage, participant engagement (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and deployed in different scenarios.
  • Manage Company’s website, Facebook and Instagram – liaise with graphic designer to post creative and attractive social media posts and keep these social media channels active with live.
  • Monitoring social media conversations about the company, brands, competitors, and related topics on a timely basis.
  • Handling inquiries/complaints related to customer services through social media, phone calls, email, etc.
  • Responsible for conducting marketing research and analysis, tracking key metrics, and sharing relevant information and recommendations with the team.
