- Must possess at least a Degree in Architecture.
- Well versed in AutoCad & Sketch up.
- Preferably for candidates with commercial development experience.
- Dedicated individual willing to grow with the company.
- Must have design flare.
- Preferred Mandarin speaking candidate as the role requires to deal with related group of people.
Tanggungjawab
- Preparation of conceptual and sketch proposals.
- To prepare submission of drawings and necessary documents to local authorities.
- Able to review layout design & design detailing to ensure they are align with management's requirement & expectation.
- To involve in construction implementation.
- Product & Material research: Product Specifications, Brands, New Available materials
