CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING

The position is responsible for managing the Central Fulfillment Unit Operations of Digital Services group under the Customer Contact Center.

The responsibilities we will trust you with :

Work with the Central Fulfillment Unit Section Head in coaching, developing and recommending training requirements for the Team Leads and Online Account Officers to improve their customer service skills.

Oversee operational efficiency and manpower development of the group, including but not limited to overall operational performance, work volume, and sufficient staffing.

Implement business continuity plans to ensure service levels are protected during unforeseen events, driving continuous improvement of relevant work procedures to sustain efficiency and quality of customer service.

The qualifications you should have :

Graduate of any four or five-year course / Bachelor's Degree Holder

At least 2 years of contact center management experience in a Banking Industry

Has experience in handling a team

You must be willing to work onsite in any of the following locations : SM North Edsa, Greenhills and Pasay
