- Responsible to establish and improve employee complaint channels and early warning systems of all regional office.
- Responsible for the risk inspection of basic human resources work and the handling of labor dispute.
- Responsible for employee safety management and handling of industrial accident claim.
- Responsible to guide the handling of abnormal incidents of employees at each branch.
- Responsible for personnel changes
